Vastu Shastra recommends placement of water bodies preferably on the North east quadrant or east side of the properties based on the right paada (based on Parama Saayika system) relative to the building. When we review swimming pools of residential properties across USA, Canada, we find that a vast majority of swimming pools are in the wrong location or have incorrect placement.
