# 1 ) Client is a leading engineering firm in the Petroleum industry. The client moved into a larger office as their business was expanding. The business took a nosedive in the new building and they didn't get even a single new contract for 7 months.  Employees were acting unprofessionally and there was too much discord in the new location. One of the business partners approached VastuTruth based on a discussion with a relative. VastuTruth reviewed the office building and layout and suggested remedies to improve the situation.  The client had a tough time discussing these recommendations with his business partners and reluctantly made some important changes. They started seeing good results with in a few days. They got a multi million contract in 2 weeks and more job orders started flowing in, prompting them to hire more staff. Currently, the client is revamping the entire office as per our detailed recommendations and adding 2 new office spaces for the increased staff and project work.  (2019)

# 2 ) Client had been looking for an experienced Vaasthu Shastr consultant to help their media company choose a building for their new offices and business expansion. Having spent considerable amount of time in searching for buildings and consultants to help, they reached out to VastuTruth.  VastuTruth consultant reviewed multiple buildings and floorplans and helped to choose a building for the new office. Client was happy with the building selection and chose our services for interior layout design of 19,500 sq.ft. offices, larger than they originally planned for.

# 3 ) Client purchased the licenses to build out a restaurant franchisee and a banquet hall in an existing building.  The rooms and equipment layout design provided by the franchiser to the client was not Vastu compliant. VastuTruth worked with the franchisee and the company to redesign the restaurant layout, banquet hall, and equipments to the best possible combination available for the building. The client is very successful in his new business.

 # 4 ) Client wanted to buy a new property for national offices and spiritual center of a world famous congregation.  The existing buildings in the plot had Vastu defects, some of which were very difficult to fix. The land surrounding the property was partially usable for building meeting halls and dormitories. VastuTruth consultant offered practical advise to fix the defects with existing buildings and provided guidelines for developing the land to build fully Vastu Compliant buildings, for the congregation.

 # 5 ) Client purchased the license to run a healthcare organization and started their new offices in an established office building.  The business was going through various obstacles and the client sought our consultation.  VastuTruth Consultant reviewed the property and found that layout of office rooms was not conducive to get efficient work done. VastuTruth worked with the client to redesign the business layout and office rooms, to the best Vastu compliant design possible for that building. After the changes were implemented, the employees have significantly improved their productivity and the business has improved.

 # 6 ) A renowned music school in a large US city, sought the help of VastuTruth to find/build a Vastu compliant building for their new office. VastuTruth Consultant surveyed the plots and reviewed the building plans, and recommended the ideal building for the institution. VastuTruth also helped with design deas for interiors and classroom layout for maximum Vastu compliance, and make it a better learning environment for the students and teachers.

 #7) A well established business conglomerate in Texas owning 100+ restaurants, hotels, and real estate investments wanted to relocate their corporate offices and support center to a new office building. They sought the help of Vastu consultants from abroad, who could not give sufficient help and reliable advice with office design and layout. VastuTruth helped them redesign the new office space to better Vastu compliance and expand their business operations.  

 #8) Client's business was stagnant for a long time. He runs an IT professional services company from home. VastuTruth Consultant helped to find a Vastu compliant home for him. His business has since flourished, diversifying into other areas of business.

 #9) Client was the Research & Development Director of a start-up company with a niche product and a good market base. The company’s CEO was overruled by fellow executives and the company’s financial situation didn’t show any signs of improvement. VastuTruth Consultant visited the company headquarters and recommended many changes to offices of the CEO and research lab. The CEO did not adhere to recommendations and lost his position soon. The R&D Director was able to guide the buyout of the company and was nicely rewarded.

 #10) Client is a leading Hindu temple in a Southern state of USA.  The temple was built based on commercial structural guidelines and did not follow Vasthu principles. A structural change made in the wrong way caused the flourishing temple to deteriorate with management and devotee base. The management consulted Vastu consultants in India and was not satisfied with the remedial measures. VastuTruth did a detailed review of the entire building and surrounding property and recommended practical Vastu compliant guidelines to get the building back in order and better serve the devotee base.

#11) Client operates a dental practise in USA and the business was stagnant for several years. Having tried everything, they reached out to vastuTruth to see if there would be any remedial measures to boost the business. VastuTruth consultant reviewed the property and and recommended changes to the various offices to better align with Vastu fundamentals and improve the business. Client plans to move to a better  Vastu compliant facility after breaking even with investments at the current location.

#12) Client is a faith based congregation having a farm and wants to purchase over 100 acres of property and expand the farm, factory, and related guest houses. VastuTruth Consultant reviewed the proposed properties and recommended development plans for the acquisition. The client has purchased the farm and currently proceeding with property development according to VastuTruth recommendations.
