Terms and Conditions: Prepayment required at the time of booking for services and all fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for providing accurate property/location details including address, county info, property survey, floor plans, drawings, and any other required measurements as instructed. More details will be discussed at initial review for all properties.  Onsite visit could be in person or a virtual site visit over video call. Onsite visit appointments based on availability, subject to travel charges, and could take longer than usual. Cancellation charges of $50 per appointment will apply. A fee of $ 125.00 applies for every additional site visit.  Prices and promotions subject to changes without notice.  Extra fees apply for additional Vastu customization or changes on the floor plan (based on area) and time over the pre-paid consultation credits (based on hourly rates). A retainer fee payment is required for all ongoing communications beyond initial consultation, unless specifically mentioned. All client communications with VastuTruth should be in the form of emails or phone calls only for ensuring the highest quality of service . We do not respond to or use text or Whatsapp or any other messaging methods for ensuring security and client privacy.  There will be a $25 service fee for upgrading from one package to another along with the fee difference.

If you have more than 3 to 5 homes to choose from, use one of these packages -3A to 3H valid for 2 months - to get the "Best Vasthu Compliant House" from the available options!

      Use #3K Mega Pack* for reviewing up to 30 homes over a 6-month period, if you need to review more homes over a longer time frame.   

Winter 2024 Special Package for evaluating up to "Five" single-family homes (5250 sq. ft. or less)

evaluated for $845 (#3C). Additional fee for report at $125.

Starting March 1, 2024, all orders will be handled in 24 to 48 hours. Same day urgent requests will have an additional fee of $125.00 payable upfront.

Only #3K Mega Pack is valid for 6 months. #3A to #3H are valid for 2 months only!

•  All house area calculations include air-conditioned areas, basement, and garage.
•  If you are unsure of garage/basement areas, please add 420 sq. ft. for 2 car garages, 525 sq. ft for 2.5 car garages, 670 sq. ft. for 3 car garages to living space. Add 70% of first floor slab area for basement. These are approximate calculations.
•  Bonus feature - Clients will get a checklist to short-list the best properties.
• Package credits should be used up in 8 weeks (except for # 3K Mega Pack).

 If you buy the package and decide to cancel without any Vastu reviews, your cost would be regular consultation fees for one home in that package + $150 + any site visit fees. There is no pro-rated refund based on homes reviewed.

   For new properties–   

•  Work with buyer to choose a Vastu compliant plot and select and modify a plan to maximum compliance
•  Includes reviewing 3 to 5 plans from builder(s) in one sub-division or development,
•  Choose the best lot/plots and modifying the chosen plan to maximum Vastu compliance.

  For existing properties–  

•  Review up to 5 existing (built) houses, with proper plans.
•  Do Vastu Compliance analysis, and comparative discussions, before purchase decisions are made.
•  Package includes one (local or online virtual) site visit trip to one house chosen.

•   Single visit to office/business up to 2000 sq. ft., if local or virtual.
•   Additional tiered charges of $125/1000 sq. ft. for homes OR $125/500 sq. ft. for offices.
•   Follow up on already reviewed properties billed in hourly increments at a special rate of $125 per hour.
•  Additional site visits (online or virtual) will be charged at hourly rates or $125 per trip if prepaid.
•  All (email/phone) correspondences/communications are in 15-minute increments.
•  Extra fees apply for additional Vastu customization or changes on the floor plan (based on area) and time over the pre-paid consultation credits (based on hourly rates).
