•  Site visit (in person or virtual), analysis, and review for a property will take from 1.5 to 2 hours.
•  Customized Vastu Analysis & Review / Remedies Report preparation (based on complexity) from 2 to 5 hours.
•  Area calculations include air-conditioned areas, basement, and garage.
•  If you are unsure of garage/basement areas, please add 420 sq. ft. for 2 car garages, 525 sq. ft. for 2.5 car garages, and 670 sq. ft. for 3 car garages, to living space. Add 70% of first floor slab area for basement. These are approximate calculations.
•   Additional travel charges for driving distances over 30 minutes from 75024 ZIP Code.
•   Outside hometown visits will have surcharge plus travel expenses.
•   Follow up billed in hourly increments at a special rate of $125 per hour.
•   Additional site visits will be charged at hourly rates or $125 per trip if prepaid.
•   All (email/phone) correspondences/communications are in 15-minute increments.
•   Office visits are charged at $737.00 for up to 2000 sq. ft. for local visits or online (and higher based on area).
•   Special offer for clients agreeing to the following. Prepayment required at the time of booking. Onsite visit appointments based on availability. Cancellation charges of $50 per appointment will apply.
•  Same day appointments will be treated as urgent and charged at full rate. Terms will be discussed at initial review for all other properties.
• Extra fees apply for additional Vastu customization or changes on the floor plan (based on area) and time required over the pre-paid consultation credits (based on hourly rates).
• Starting March 1, 2024, all orders will be handled in 24 to 48 hours. Same day urgent requests will have an additional fee of $125.00 payable upfront.

 

Terms and Conditions: Prepayment required at the time of booking for services and all fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for providing accurate property/location details including address, county info, property survey, floor plans, drawings, and any other required measurements as instructed. More details will be discussed at initial review for all properties.  Onsite visit could be in person or a virtual site visit over video call. Onsite visit appointments based on availability, subject to travel charges, and could take longer than usual. Cancellation charges of $50 per appointment will apply. Prices and promotions subject to changes without notice. A retainer fee payment is required for all ongoing communications beyond initial consultation, unless specifically mentioned. All client communications with VastuTruth should be in the form of emails or phone calls only for ensuring the highest quality of service . VastuTruth requires 7 to 10 business days to create a detailed and customized Vastu Consultation report *, after we complete all required documentation analysis, the client signs off the check list, and requests it. Client, who requires the report urgently before the normal report processing time, can avail of the Express Report Services at an additional cost.
