Please do the following steps, so that we can get started on your project right away.

1) Send an email to info@vastutruth.com with the Paypal payment confirmation number that you just received, along with the following information.  

2) Include your full name, email address, and contact telephone number(s). Include your preferred call back time (including US time zone), for any phone calls.

3) Please provide as much information as possible about the property/properties that will be reviewed. Include property address, survey document (+ lot fit map - example shown below) and floor plan(s) (if any), online links to the property, community map/layout, and any relevant details.

If you do not have a floor plan of the house available, you can draw a rough sketch of the house layout for every floor on a sheet of paper, scan it and email it (Or take a photo of it using your phone/tablet and mms it ) to info@vastutruth.com . See examples below.

For commercial building consultation, send the building shell structure or detailed floor plan layout.

4) Include all questions/concerns that you have on the property/properties. Please include the age and gender of all family members using the property under evaluation (for residential properties).

5) VastuTruth will contact you after reviewing the details and preliminary analysis.

Terms and Conditions: All VastuTruth Consultation services are subject to following terms and conditions. Prepayment required at the time of booking for services and all fees are non-refundable. Client is responsible for providing accurate property/location details including address, county info, property survey, floor plans, drawings, and any other required measurements as instructed. More details will be discussed at initial review for all properties. Onsite visit could be in person or a virtual site visit over video call. Onsite visit appointments based on availability, subject to travel charges, and could take longer than usual. Cancellation charges of $50 per appointment will apply. Prices and promotions subject to changes without notice. A retainer fee payment is required for all ongoing communications beyond initial consultation, unless specifically mentioned. All client communications with VastuTruth should be in the form of emails or phone calls only for ensuring the highest quality of service . We do not respond to or use text or Whatsapp or any other messaging methods for ensuring security and client privacy.
